The hotel does not provide parking so that when you arrive you have to find street parking or parking in a large parking garage. If you decide to park on the road, you must move your car before 7am. The staff at this hotel is very attractive. I asked for a copy of the map to the parking garage and they said NO! (?!?!) I can only see what's under the glass at the main table and redraw the map itself. Also, when I learned that you had to move your car before 7am on the road, one of the staff grinned: "Well, you just have to face that!" ... (?!?!) .. GOOD
You can say that the hotel was not built for that function. We had to go through three doors (three feet apart) to get to our de luxe room. It's spacious and what can be said in a shabby chic style. You can say that the bathroom for the room was added later because it protrudes from one corner of the room. The bed is ok, we are too tired to pay attention. Simple breakfast included with the room. The Montreal Laughter Festival took place at that time and all rooms were fully booked.
